The fashion designer Lynda Newton and her husband Paul, with the help of Stoll Long Architecture, transformed an old and almost rundown warehouse in Melbourne in this lovely home. Linda knowing very well how to use colors and textures, created a backdrop of white walls, which reflect light flowing through the many windows of the house, in a wonderful combination with the dark floor. Exposed red brick, which have survived along with as many as possible materials from the original building, give space character and warmth.
The sophisticated and eclectic combination of furniture, colors and artwork give a wonderful effect.
Also a surprising highlight is definitely the "glass" courtyard, which allows to get even more light in space.
